How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is TSh 8,000 and free on orders over TSh 150,000. Express is TSh 18,000, and store pickup is always free.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Tanzania. Dar es Salaam typically receives orders within 2 business days; other regions take 3–4.

How long do I have to return something?

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return on eligible items. Faulty devices are also covered by our warranty.

Is return shipping free?

Returns for faulty or wrongly shipped items are always free. For change-of-mind returns a small courier fee may apply.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds land on your original payment method within 5 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, Lipa Namba, and bank transfers to NMB or CRDB. Pick your method at checkout and pay using your order number as the reference.
