By using the Shopsimu website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. They apply to all purchases made through Shopsimu in Tanzania.

Electronics are covered against manufacturing defects for a full year.
By using the Shopsimu website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. They apply to all purchases made through Shopsimu in Tanzania.
An order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance once payment is verified and the order is processed. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or payment cannot be confirmed.
Prices are in Tanzanian Shillings and include applicable taxes unless stated. We accept M-Pesa, Lipa Namba, and bank transfers to NMB or CRDB. Orders ship once payment is confirmed.
Every device is sourced through authorised channels and verified genuine before dispatch. If you ever receive an item that is not authentic, we will replace it or refund you in full.
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery costs and free-delivery thresholds are shown at checkout and in our Delivery & Returns policy.
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days as described in our Delivery & Returns policy. Electronics carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the exclusions on our Warranty page.
To the extent permitted by law, Shopsimu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your credentials secure. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
